This week is a pretty uneventful one, but I guess that makes meal planning easy. We have two new recipes this week that I’m looking forward to trying (especially the Chopped Salad, it better be really good or I’m going to be disappointed - I’ve been thinking about it for days).
Suppers:
Taco Salad
Quesadillas with salsa and sour cream and watermelon
Soy Sauce Chicken Soup and fruit
Spaghetti and Broccoli
Scrambled Eggs, toast, and fruit
+ one undecided
Lunch:
Grilled Cheese
Lettuce Salad
Shaun will take leftovers to work
I made Quinoa Salad and will eat that each weekday
Kenna will do leftovers or Quinoa Salad the weekdays
Breakfast:
Me – English Muffin Bread and Fruit
Kenna – Oatmeal and a pancake
Shaun – Typically doesn’t eat breakfast
Snacks:
Smoothies (Make once and freeze for the week)
Pumpkin Muffins
Pretzels
