Quinoa
- 1 C. Quinoa
- 2 C. liquid (water or broth)
- optional, ¼ t. salt
- Rinse quinoa well in a fine mesh strainer.
- Place liquid, quinoa, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
