Cinnamon Kettle Corn
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • ¾-1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛-1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Put oil and 3 popcorn kernels in your popper. Turn heat to medium (or a smidge over).
  2. Combing sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Once all 3 kernels pop, add remaining popcorn and the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Give the pan a stir/shake. Then take a silicone scraper and stir and scrape the bottom and sides of the pan quickly. (It helps break up and dissolve the sugar.)
  4. Close lid and use the handle to stir if you are using a Whirley-Pop or shake the pot every couple seconds.
  5. When finished popping, pour into a big bowl and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Enjoy!
