The internet is such a big place. I always feel like I’m missing out on great posts and articles so I love when others share links to posts I wouldn’t otherwise know about. Every month I’m going to share a handful posts and articles that I enjoyed reading.
Here’s the list from August:
“Dear Bride to Be” from Victoria’s Ramblings on the sacrifices in marriage.
Stencils Three Ways at Dwell Delightfully. Lisa shows some fun way to use stencils. I wish I had a creative bone in my body, so I’m looking forward to using her ideas!
Washing Cars and In God’s Way at Numbering Our Days. We can learn so much from our little ones. Love how God used a three year old’s attitude to speak to Melissa.
23 Signs You Are Secretly an Introvert As an introvert, I always enjoy reading articles on the subject. Thanks for sharing, Victoria.
The Time Cost of Our Stuff at Home Your Way. Clutter stresses me out. Especially now that there a child to turn it into a bigger mess. I was surprised at what percentage of housework would be eliminated if the clutter was gone. Now to go throw some stuff away.
Smell the Roses from Jeff Goins. It can be so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life that we forget to enjoy what’s right in front of us. I enjoyed going through Jeff’s Slow Down Challenge. This is Day 1.
To You Mamas With Little Ones in Church from Our Family for His Glory. I loved this post. Having a toddler in church isn’t easy. Some mornings I’d rather not get us all ready for church! But whether our child is sitting in church with us or in the children’s program bringing them with us matters.
Did you read any great posts in August?
Thanks for sharing these Deanna! I especially love the post regarding little ones in church, it rings so true.
I loved that one as well! It’s something that I’m right in the middle of currently so I really appreciated the encouragement.
