It was one of those weeks, with kids getting over sicknesses and the baby waking up numerous times each night, where I was glad we didn’t have a lot going on and that there was a weekend at home to look forward to. This weekend also brought cooler temperatures! Hooray. I love this time of year. Bring on the soups.
Breakfasts:
- Muffins (Oat Flour Banana Muffins and two new ones from The Pioneer Woman, left the sugar out, and Mel’s Kitchen Cafe, cut the sugar back)
- Oatmeal
- Yogurt and granola
Lunches:
- Leftover soups
- Thai Chicken Coconut Soup
- Salad
Dinners:
- Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Crockpot BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
- Homemade Pizza
- Salads
Snacks:
- Fruit
- Veggies
- Almonds
Goals:
- Run 25 minutes 3 times (I’ve been doing great getting this done each week)
- Read 30 minutes 5 days (failed here last week)
- Monthly Budget Meeting
- Write 4 posts
- 2 house projects
