Menu Plan and Goals

We are spending the weekend with my husband’s family this week for a wedding. Hooray for a shorter week of menu planning. I learned from our last trip away and actually made a menu plan in advance for when we return. No scrambling for supper at the last minute with there is laundry to do and a house to clean.

Breakfasts:

  • Muffins (from freezer)
  • Smoothies/popsicles (from freezer)

Lunches:

  • Salads
  • Leftovers
  • Bean Burritos

Suppers:

Snacks:

  • Fruit
  • Pretzels

Goals:

  • Run 3 times
  • Concert Series Meeting
  • Read 30 minutes a day
  • Plan each night for next day
